Our Warranty

London Laboquip, trading as London Laboratory Equipments ltd. provides a 1 year warranty on all goods sold from the date that the item was shipped to you. Our warranty offers to repair or replace any product that becomes defective during this period with a like-for-like model or similar product.

All warranty returns must first be authorised by London Laboquip and must be returned in the original packaging with all manuals / documentation and parts (unless we specify otherwise)

Our warranty is void in the event of misuse of a product causing damage whether intentional or unintentional, accidental damage as well as any damage caused by neglect, natural disasters or not following the advice outlined in the product description, user manual or specifications.

Making a claim

Fill in the form below with details of the product, issue at hand as well as your order number, purchase date and email address. We will then get in touch with you with details on how to return the product to us for inspection. Once the product has been inspected, we will repair or replace the item if the return has been authorised.

In the event that we do not have the same item in stock, we may offer a similar product instead and / or offer you store credits to make another purchase on our website.

If your warranty has been rejected for any reason mentioned, we will return the item back to you
