    Returning a product

    Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. End of stock products can be returned 5 working days from the delivery date. In order to return an item, you must get in touch with us beforehand. We will make a fulrefund for unwanted/ordered by mistake items, if it is not dispatched. In the case of dispatched parcels, the transaction fees, shipping and packing costs for unwanted/ ordered by mistake Items, will be deducted from any refunds, and Customer will be responsible for return shipment costs.

    We ask that you return the items unused and undamaged in a re-sellable condition. If an item has been received damaged, malfunctioning or not as described, we require customers to let us know within 3 working days of receiving an item. Whenever a customer receives a broken/ damaged item, We will send the customer a form to be fulfilled, as an standard procedure, and will refund immediately or replace broken items due to our own policies.Providing a photo immage of broken items showing our logo and returning the complaint form, will be requested on such cases, and is mandatory.






      Our Shipping Policy

      We aim to dispatch all orders the same day or the next working day. We may use a selection of couriers depending on the item size, weight and location.

      For express shipments you pay,only, £1.5 more than our standard shipping, and we will dispatch the parcels same day with a next day courier, mostly DHL Next day, if the order comes before 12:00pm. Otherwise, express shipments will be dispatched the following day with a next day courier.Also, some items of lab. Glassware products, such as Burettes may need special delivery for safety measures and we may ask for extra delivery charges on specific orders, by issuing a separate invoice. We do not dispatch on Dec.25, Jan.01 and weekends. Also, we request you to enquire for an express delivery whenever you are purchasing Lab. Glassware products, to help a safer and faster delivery.

      Delays may occur outside of our control, particularly in peak seasons when the post services are especially busy. If you do not receive an item within 7 working days, please get in touch with us and we will trace your parcel and we offer a re-shipment if it be applicable.

      Please be aware that some couriers will attempt 1-3 deliveries before returning back to sender. If you miss any deliveries we kindly ask you to arrange the parcel to be left in a safe space or with a neighbour.

      Parcels returned back to us by the courier due to missed deliveries can be refunded (excl shipping costs) or we can send out again although we ask you to cover the postage cost to send the item back out again.

      Please be aware that for orders to some parts of Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland or postcodes such as, but not limited to: AB, BT, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, ML, PA, PH, ZE, we are unable to guarantee next day shipping as orders normally take 4-5 days.Also, We will quote delivery charges to these areas where applicable prior to shipping by an invoice, which will be issued separately. Also, all of the UK orders over 15Kg or 0.5 CBM or consist of more than one outer case/carton may require extra delivery cost (mostly, £3.99 EX VAT/each extra case/carton) and customers will receive separate invoice.
