Warranty Policy
Coverage London Laboquip, operating under the legal name London Laboratory Equipments Ltd, offers a comprehensive 1-year warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any product that develops a fault during the warranty period. In cases where the original model is unavailable, a like-for-like model or a comparable product will be provided.
Warranty Conditions To initiate a warranty claim, the item must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, documentation, and parts, unless instructed otherwise by us. Prior authorisation from London Laboquip is required for all warranty returns.
Exclusions The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, whether intentional or accidental.
- Neglect, natural disasters, or failure to follow the instructions provided in the product’s description, user manual, or specifications.
Making a Claim To make a warranty claim, please contact us with details of the product issue, your order number, purchase date, and email address. We will contact you with instructions on how to return the product for inspection. After inspection, if your claim is validated, we will proceed with the repair or replacement.
Out of Stock Items In instances where the defective item is no longer available, we may offer a similar product or provide store credits for use on our website.
Rejected Claims If a warranty claim is rejected based on the exclusions listed, the item will be returned to you.
